The Swami Vivekananda Society aims to promote the ideals, teachings, and values of Swami Vivekananda among students and inspire them towards self-development, ethical living, nation-building, leadership, and service to society. The Society seeks to cultivate confidence, discipline, spirituality, character-building, and social responsibility through value-based activities and intellectual engagement.
The Society encourages students to develop a positive outlook, inner strength, moral values, and a spirit of dedication towards personal growth and social welfare.
Objectives and Functions

To create awareness among students about the life, philosophy, teachings, and contributions of Swami Vivekananda.

To organise lectures, seminars, discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions on topics related to youth empowerment, leadership, ethics, spirituality, personality development, and nation-building.

To promote values such as self-discipline, confidence, compassion, service, integrity, and social responsibility among students.

To encourage students to develop leadership qualities, critical thinking, communication skills, and a spirit of self-reliance and service.

To organise activities such as essay writing, debates, quiz competitions, poster-making, meditation sessions, yoga activities, and awareness programmes inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda.

To involve students in community service, outreach activities, and value-based initiatives that contribute towards social harmony and community wellbeing.

To encourage holistic development by integrating physical, mental, emotional, ethical, and spiritual dimensions of learning.
