About the IGNOU Study Centre at BNC
The IGNOU Study centre at Bhagini Nivedita College (Learner Support Centre- 38025) symbolizes the best of both institutions and is committed to excellence in teaching, and to providing equality of opportunity to anyone who wishes to acquire knowledge. This spirit infuses the work of the students, faculty and management of the Bhagini Nivedita College IGNOU Centre.
The Centre has an enrollment of over 4500 under graduate & 2500 post graduate degree candidates and is supported by almost 50 academic counsellors. At present, the Centre offers high-quality teaching through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode in many disciplines including, Commerce, English, Economics, Hindi, Psychology, Sociology, Tourism, History and Political Science. The Centre falls under and works closely with IGNOU Regional Centre- 3 Division, Naraina Vihar.
The Centre facilitates distance and online learners by providing academic support, counselling sessions, assignment submission facilities, practical and examination-related guidance, and other learner support services as per the guidelines of IGNOU. Through this Centre, students are provided assistance to successfully pursue their academic programmes while benefiting from the resources and support available at the College.

We have also been fortunate in receiving the wholehearted support of Bhagini Nivedita College, under the leadership of the current Principal, Prof. Ruby Mishra, whose encouragement and guidance have greatly contributed to the successful functioning of the Centre.
IGNOU BNC Office
The IGNOU-BNC Study Centre office is located near the College Library within the college premises. Students may contact the Centre staff on Sundays during working hours for information and assistance related to IGNOU programmes and services.
