GAVESHNA (गवेषणा), the Research Cell of Bhagini Nivedita College is dedicated to fostering a vibrant culture of research, innovation, and academic excellence within the institution. Rooted in the spirit of inquiry and discovery, the Cell serves as a platform for promoting scholarly engagement among faculty members and students, encouraging them to explore new frontiers of knowledge and contribute meaningfully to society.

GAVESHNA seeks to strengthen the research ecosystem of the college by facilitating interdisciplinary collaborations, capacity-building initiatives, and dissemination of research outcomes. It actively supports faculty members and students in undertaking research projects, publishing scholarly work, participating in conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programmes. The Cell also disseminates information regarding funding opportunities, fellowships, research grants, patents, and collaborative ventures offered by governmental and non-governmental agencies, universities and research institutions.

Through regular programmes on research methodology, academic writing, intellectual property rights, data analysis, and emerging research tools GAVESHNA aims to enhance the research competencies of the academic community.
